About

Magnolia S.E.E.D.s weeklong summer camp offers teenage girls the opportunity to explore dance, culture, music and build community and friendship with one another.

This week will be an immersion into the history and styles of this wonderful dance form. Students will have classes in different styles, zills, and props throughout the week. No experience required!

Daily Schedule

9:30 am — 10:00 am	Morning Journal Writing
10:00 am — 11:00 am	Dance Session #1
11:15 am — 12:00 pm	Talking Circle — Discuss self-esteem, self-awareness, self care, and nutrition.
12:00 pm — 1:00 pm	Lunch Break
1:00 pm — 2:00 pm	Sewing – Students will learn how to create their own dance belt!
2:00 pm — 2:45 pm	History & Culture Studies, Dance Films
2:45 pm — 3:45 pm	Dance Session #2
3:45 pm — 4:00 pm	End of Day Circle

Tuition

The tuition for SEEDs week-long camp is student for the entire camp session. Tuition must be paid in advance. A limited number of scholarships may be available.

$150 plus $40 supplies for belt making. For online payment, see our payment page.
